For optimal results, we recommend:

Distance from the device: Maintain a distance of approximately 10–30 cm from the lamp:

The device can be used daily, depending on your preference. For most users, 3–5 sessions per week is a comfortable and consistent routine.

Red Light 0–100%:
The red light panel can be used to support a healthy-looking skin appearance and a sense of refreshment. Adjust the intensity from 0–100% based on your personal comfort and routine. Lower settings (around 50–70%) in the evening can help create a relaxing atmosphere as part of your wind-down routine. Enjoy the gentle light for a soothing and revitalizing experience.

NIR
Near-Infrared Light 0–100%:
The near-infrared panel provides a gentle, warming light experience that can be enjoyed for relaxation and comfort. Adjust the intensity from 0–100% based on personal preference. Lower settings create a soothing and calming sensation, while higher settings offer a more energizing and invigorating experience.
PULSE
Summit Edition (0–20 Hz), Summit+ Edition (0–40Hz):
For evening use and a relaxing wind-down, set the pulse to a low frequency of 1–5 Hz. These gentle pulses create a soothing and calming light experience, helping you feel relaxed before bedtime.
For daytime use, higher pulse frequencies (10–40 Hz) can be selected depending on your personal preference:

10–13 Hz: Creates a calm and focused atmosphere, supporting concentration during reading, work, or creative activities.

14–30 Hz: Provides a more energizing and refreshing sensation, ideal for feeling alert during busy mornings or daily routines.

GROUPS
Groups (1-3): Used for grouping multiple Alpinglow panels together or connecting the panel(s) with the RLT System Application. The RLT System Application allows for easy adjustment of all panel settings instead of using the remote control.
