RENTALS

Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Duration and Location

• Minimum rental period: 2 weeks.

• Maximum rental period: 2 months.

• Rentals can be extended on a weekly basis.

• Rentals are available within Switzerland only.

2. Rental Fees

Lite300: 2-Week rental = 90 CHF, Additional Week = 40 CHF/week, Month Price = 170 CHF, Shipping = 15 CHF

Expert1500: 2-Week rental = 200 CHF, Additional Week = 90 CHF/week, Month Price = 380 CHF, Shipping = 35 CHF

Full Body Setup with Stand: 2-Week rental = 380 CHF, Additional Week = 180 CHF/week, Month Price = 740 CHF, Shipping = 95 CHF

Summit Facemask: 2-Week rental = 100 CHF, Additional Week = 40 CHF/week, Month Price =180 CHF, Shipping =15 CHF,

Summit Mat: 2-Week rental = 160 CHF, Additional Week = 70 CHF/week, Month Price = 300 CHF, Shipping =25 CHF,

ArmFlex Lite300 (Movable Stand for Lite300): 2-Week rental = 30 CHF, Additional Week = 10 CHF/week, Month Price = 50 CHF, Shipping = 15 CHF,

Pneumatic Stand: 2-Week Rental = 50 CHF, Additional Week = 20 CHF/week, Month Price = 90 CHF, Shipping = 25 CHF

​3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damages:

  • Lite300: 200 CHF

  • Expert1500: 300 CHF

  • Full Body Setup: 600 CHF

  • Summit Facemask: 100 CHF

  • Summit Mat: 300 CHF

  • ArmFlex Lite300: 50 CHF

  • Pneumatic Stand: 100 CHF

• Alpinglow reserves the right to deduct from the deposit for damages, scratches, or faults caused by the client.

• Deposits are refunded within 7 days of receiving the device in good condition.

4. Payment

• Full payment, including rental fee, shipping, and deposit, is required before sending the device to the client.

• Accepted payment methods: credit card, Twint, PayPal, or bank transfer.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are possible up to 1 day before the scheduled shipping date for a full refund.

• Cancellations on the agreed shipping day incur a 20% fee of the rental cost.

6. End of Rental Options
At the end of the rental period, the client may:

1. Purchase the device – Rental fees paid, including shipping, are credited toward the purchase. If the rented device was not new, Alpinglow will exchange it for a new device.

2. Return the device – Return shipping is the responsibility of the client. The device must be returned the day after the rental period ends, and a shipping confirmation with a trackable number must be provided.

3. Extend the rental period – Rentals can be extended weekly, with a maximum total rental period of 2 months.

7. Late Returns

• If the device is not returned on time, additional charges apply at 0.5% of the retail price per day.

8. Liability

• Clients are responsible for any loss or damage during the rental period.

• Use the device according to instructions to avoid damage.

• In case of loss or non-return, the client is required to pay the full retail price of the device.

9. Shipping

• Initial shipping costs are included as part of the rental fee.

• Return shipping is the client’s responsibility and must be trackable.

​

10. Condition of Return

• Devices must be returned in the same condition as received.

• Significant damage will be deducted from the deposit.

• Devices must be shipped with a tracking number to the following address:

11. Termination of Agreement

• Either party may terminate the agreement if terms are violated.

• Devices must be returned within 3 working days upon termination.

12. Privacy Policy

• Personal information is kept confidential and used only for rental purposes.

• No personal information will be shared without client consent.
