Customs:

For orders in Switzerland we guarantee no other additional costs.

For countries outside Switzerland custom charges will apply according to the laws of the country of the delivery. Payment is made directly to the import country's tax authorities, and Alpinglow assumes no responsibility for any related matters.

Important Note: Please ensure you are aware of the applicable customs taxes for your order. If customs duties are not paid and the goods are returned to us, the shipping fees and any other costs associated with the return will be deducted from your refund.

How to Avoid Customs Fees when delivering outside Switzerland:
For selected devices, we offer delivery from within the EU or direct dropshipping to other countries. To check if this option is available for the specific device you wish to order, please contact us at info@alpinglow.ch before placing your order.

If dropshipping is available, we will cover the customs fees. However, please note that the delivery time for dropshipped items may take 10–14 days, and this service is only available for selected products.
