Our Refund Policy - 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you discover that the product doesn't meet your expectations within the initial 30 days, kindly contact us at info@alpinglow.ch.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all the instruction on where to send the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Send back the undamaged product in its original condition and once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly refund the full purchase amount to you. 

Notes:

  • Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, and remember to include all original accessories!

  • If the returned device is damaged or in unsellable condition, it will be refused.

  • Do not send us the item without contacting us first.

  • Please note that any additional shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable

Our 2-3-Year Warranty Guarantee

  • Alpinglow Summit Red Light Therapy panels: Covered by a 3-year warranty.

  • Alpinglow Jungfrau Facemask: Covered by a 2-year warranty.

The warranty covers any defects or functional issues during normal use. If your product becomes non-functional or ceases to work within this period, please follow the same process as outlined for returns. We will assess the issue and either repair or replace the product, depending on the findings. Each case is inspected individually, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products that have been modified or improperly installed.

  • Damage due to improper use, cleaning, or maintenance.

  • Electrical surges or damage caused by natural events (e.g., lightning).

  • Third-party losses or indirect damages.

Warranty Return Process:

For any warranty return inquiries, please contact us at info@alpinglow.ch. Once your warranty return is accepted, we will send detailed instructions on where to send the package. Please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging, including all accessories.

  • The item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with the warranty claim and provide you with a prompt resolution. If the warranty claim is approved, we will either send a replacement product or issue a full refund.

 

Important Notes:

  • Do not return the product without contacting us first for return instructions.

  • If the device was damaged due to misuse or improper handling, the warranty claim may be denied. The warranty only covers defects under normal use.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
