Our Refund Policy - 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you discover that the product doesn't meet your expectations within the initial 30 days, kindly contact us at info@alpinglow.ch.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all the instruction on where to send the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Send back the undamaged product in its original condition and once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly refund the full purchase amount to you. 

Notes:

• Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, and remember to include all original accessories!

• If the returned device is damaged or in unsellable condition, it will be refused.

• Do not send us the item without contacting us first.

• Please note that any additional shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable

Our 2-3-Year Warranty Guarantee

Rest assured, all Alpinglow products come with minimum 2-year warranty. On Alpinglow Lite300 and Alpinglow Expert1500 we apply 3-year warranty. If your item becomes non-functional or ceases to work during use, follow the same process as with returns, and we will fix or replace it. Each case will be inspected individually and we will try to solve the issue as soon as possible.

• Warranty does not cover the following damage(s): product been modified, improper installation or use, improper clean, electrical surges, or nature caused damage.

• Warranty does not cover the loss of third party with direct or indirect damage(s)

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
