If you discover that the product doesn't meet your expectations within the initial 30 days, kindly contact us at info@alpinglow.ch.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all the instruction on where to send the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Send back the undamaged product and once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly refund the full purchase amount to you.
